This video is an example of the superior quality for screen capture video encoding that you can obtain using “Method 1.”

Contrary to other videos you see on Youtube claiming to teach the “best settings” for screen capture for Youtube “Method 1″ avoids the mistake that others teach of double encoding your videos by using inferior encoding methods like Windows Media WMV before uplaoding to youtube.

Learn more about the only way to max out your quality and get the highest video quality for screen capture on Youtube at http://www.optimizeyourvideo.com

Whether you use Camtasia Studio, Camstudio from Camstudio.org or any other screen capture video software “Method 1″ for obtaining the highest quality screen capture video possible for youtube is exactly the same.

The technique we teach works on any type of video screen capture software you use.

Which camcorder technology would be best for creating internet broadcasted educational videos?

creating videos
Robert W asked:

I have a limited budget for a camera. $400-$700. I want to do educational videos that will be put on the internet. I plan to have some text, photos of documents, some green screen and some studio lit lectures: Basic stuff. The quality of the video for my web site will be better than You Tube, but not as high as standard DVD quality – something in between.

It seems I get good value from a high quality MiniDV camcorder like the Panasonic PV-GS500 with exceptional video quality in standard definition. On the other hand, some low end High Definition camcorders from Sony or Canon also seem attractive. Which technology would be best for my purposes? And why?
